{"id":381,"date":"2014-01-01T00:00:38","date_gmt":"2014-01-01T05:00:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.the-greathouses.net\/blog\/?p=381"},"modified":"2014-01-12T13:09:43","modified_gmt":"2014-01-12T18:09:43","slug":"barbs-potatoes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.the-greathouses.net\/blog\/2014\/01\/barbs-potatoes\/","title":{"rendered":"Barb&#8217;s Potatoes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Simple potato casserole recipe with a lot of flavor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Ingredients<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1 bag (32 oz) frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded<br \/>\n16 oz sour cream<br \/>\n1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed)<br \/>\n\u00bd package Lipton onion soup mix<br \/>\n2 cups cheddar cheese<br \/>\n1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)<br \/>\n1\u00bd cups corn flakes<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Preheat Oven: 350\u00b0F<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Directions<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Remove hash brown potatoes from freezer to let thaw slightly in bag.<\/li>\n<li>Melt \u00bd cup (1 stick) butter in microwave safe bowl. Combine with sour cream, \u00a0soup, and soup mix; mix well. Add cheddar cheese; stir to combine.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare 9x13x2&#8243; pan with non-stick spray (or butter). Spread hash brown potatoes in pan. Evenly spread sour cream, soup, and cheese mixture over top.<\/li>\n<li>Melt 1\/2 cup (1 stick) of butter in microwave. Add corn flakes to butter and stir until butter is absorbed.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle corn flakes evenly over top of sour cream mixture in pan.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for one hour in 350\u00b0F oven.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Simple potato casserole recipe with a lot of flavor.
